Rates
Most payroll services charge a monthly fee for issuing payroll but charge extra for new hire reporting, W2’s and any payroll issues that might arise throughout the year. They also tend to charge exorbitant amounts for things such as labor law or minimum wage posters, federal I-9 and W-4 forms, things that are freely available for download at no cost!
I have no hidden fees, I charge one flat fee and that includes all payroll services.
Payroll for up to 2 employees: $45.00 per month
For each additional employee add $5.00 per month.
Prior payroll issues: $35.00 per hour.
Bookkeeping projects: $35.00 per hour
Sales tax preparation: $25.00
